Q1 - Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We provide worldwide shopping on a majority of our products! If there is any chance you don't see your location at checkout, you can message us via email@example.com and we'll try work something out for you!
Q2 - Why is my delivery taking so long?
We aim to fulfil orders within 3 business days of purchase! As we offer free delivery to save you costs, products can take from 2-4 weeks to arrive once an order is placed (we truly apologise for this) but we hope to improve delivery times as we progress.
Q3 - I can't find an anime I want, why?
Before AnimeHaven began, we had a dream to cater to all anime, but it was only after we made AnimeHaven that we realised it would be a difficult dream to accomplish considering all the legal issues we would create, and so we are aiming to become a reputable company first before we seek permissions, hence why we are working on designing our own line and putting your satisfaction first!
Q4 - When will we see products from your line?
As of this moment, we are experimenting with a diverse amount of designs that will be completely copyright free, but we aim to be taking pre-orders on the final designs very soon! Be sure to subscribe to the newsletters to get the latest updates!
Q5 - What is your refund policy?
We accept refunds on orders that are returned in their delivered condition, unopened and fresh. However, do contact us if you are dissatisfied with our product and we will try to find a suitable solution for you via firstname.lastname@example.org!
